I have been associated with ADCON since last 5-6 years. Infact I have sold their major inventory at their Malad-East project – ADCON RESIDENCY and also units at ADCON MERIDIAN - Santacruz. The Malad project was delayed due to the 500 mtr. COD rule but once the restrictions were lifted the project was completed in no time with Occupation Certificate (OC). The project was an Affordable housing project but turned out to be one of the best developments in the area. The directors personally oversee the planning and work at site and never compromise on quality standards. Very transparent and fair people to deal with.

I Came In touch with ADCON for sales of flats in their Malad Project – ADCON RESIDENCY. It is a Low cost housing project with Flats starting 30 lacs onwards. The building is very well done, Excellent elevation features, very good lobby and glass door lift with maximum use of space in compact 1 BHK units of 300 sq.ft. Occupation certificate (OC) received and society also registered by the developer. My Clients were very Happy and satisfied as they got what they were promised and as per their expectations.
