Who We Are
What started as a humble construction material supply store by our mentor Mr. Khalid Tarmohammed Kochra way back in 1960, has now bloomed into a proficient and established construction company today, that is growing steadily by every passing day.
After years of dedicated service to the construction industry and catering to some of the landmark & iconic projects of Mumbai, Mr. Khalid Kochra then ventured into the Development sphere and associated with some of the well known names in the construction industry. With the intention of offering better quality standards and enhanced customer services to our clients ADCON INFRAPROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED was established in the year 2013.The one aspiration in establishing the company was to add significance to the landscape of Mumbai and thereby “ENHANCING CITYSCAPES”.
The Company was founded by Mr. Khalid Kochra having Mr.Yusuf Ibrahim Halai along with Mr. Adil Khalid Kochra as the Managing Directors. Mr. Yusuf Halai, a true visionary, a dedicated team leader and a warrior for life, unfortunately succumbed to chronic cancer after a 2 year long battle on 6th October 2017. Thereafter his brother, Mr. Farooq Ibrahim Halai joined the organisation and teamed up with Mr. Adil Kochra who spearheaded the organisation to make it where it stands for today. The growth story of ADCON in such a short span of time, in itself is a testimony of time, dedicated hard work and sincerity.
